Puppet Tool in Adobe Animate
The Puppet Tool is a simple way to animate and transform images. To use the tool, select an image or group of stacked layers, hold down the Alt key on your keyboard, and click on one corner of any layer in that selection.
The selected frame will be highlighted with a yellow box as well as all other frames it has intersected along its path. Next, drag from this point over to another location where you want that same animation sequence to start playing back (you can also press Shift-D).
